What Causes A Small Blister On The Tonsillectomy Site?

I had a tonsillectomy 3 months ago. Last week I went to my ENT surgeon for a final check up and he said everything look to have healed perfectly. Today I noticed I have a small blister on the left hand side right where my tonsil used to be. What could have caused this, what should I do about it and is it anything to worry about?

hello
welcome to healthcaremagic
is this first time the blister is present or first time you have noticed.
because one possibility is that it is remanant of removed tonsil e.g tonsillar tag..
tell us if you are having any problem, ignore otherwise.
