What Causes A Skin Tag In The Penis After A Torn Frenulum?

Hi, a few months back I tore my banjo string during sex and since then i developed growth which looked a bit like a skin tag, since then it s grown and now its about a centimeter in diameter. It doesn t cause and pain when it s being touched. Im just worried and it seems to be going and looks like some more small ones are developing and I started to worry after this morning. During foreplay it just felt uncomfortable and when I looked at it there was a tiny bit of blood

I really appreciate your concern, if this is some kind of swelling and it is increasing in size then it need to be diagnosed properly and for that you have to go for clinical examination and such condition always demands the clinical observation for right diagnosis it may need surgical intervention and biopsy too, it may be benign cystic lesion, it may be wart, hope this information helps.
