What Causes A Sharp Pain Beneath The Breast Radiating To Shoulder Blade And Armpit?

I am a 31 year old female. My husband and I are getting ready to move and have been quite stressed out lately. Tonight while doing our final packing I felt a very sharp pain just beneath my left breast that went straight through to my lower left shoulder blade and my left armpit. It came in waves and worsened when I took a deep breath. I also got a little lightheaded. I am prone to panic attacks occasionally, (the lightheadedness felt like one could be coming on) but I ve never had such pain. What could be the cause? Thank you so much!

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Acute pain during activity signifies muscle cramp.
You need rest analgesics, and regular hot formentation. These things will gradually correct.
But the time it takes to resolve these symptoms varies from 3 to 6 weeks.
