What Causes A Sharp And Pricking Pain In The Left Foot?

I just read up on the question you have already answered but my left foot but only from the toes had a burning and sharp pins and needles sensation. Only on the left foot no pain anywhere else. It lasted for 2hrs and it started when I put high heels on is this normal

After going through your query I concluded that you are having numbness and needles and pin sensation in left foot. It is most likely that some of digital nerves get compressed by some tight shoes etc. Avoid the shoes causing this. Mecobalamin is helpful in recovery.
