Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from acute pharygitis with tonscillitis. Red spot may be due to local inflammation or may be due to stone or ulcer or thrush etc. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Amoxiclav thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
