What Causes A Red Spot On The Penis Head?

I have this red spot on my penis head . It's about half the size of an pencile eraser. had it a few months ago then it went away i,ve had it this time for over aweek it looked flaky today. i washed it now its just brite red. you can feel it but i won't say it's a bump. doesnt itch really other then seeing it and you can feel it nuthing no pain. I'm 40 curcumsized .

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that this could be hypersensitive reaction may due to some medicine and this need to be ruled out, meanwhile the condition can be treated with the "Mometasone Oint." this would helps in improving the symptoms if the lesion is persistence then this need to be clinically examined, have a nice day.
