What Causes A Red Lump Under The Nipples After A Chest Injury?

My 10 yr old daughter got hurt in her chest area (accident in the class) weeks ago and said it was a very painful blow to her chest. After the pain went away, a lump appeared under her nipple which is sensitive to the touch, red and a little swollen. Do you think the lump is related to getting hit in the chest?

hello,
I don't think it is related to injury. it may be normal physiological changes in nipple. sometimes it may be painful and redness. no treatment necessary. just use brufen like painkillers.
