What Causes A Red Line That Runs From The Inside Tip Of Nostril?

i am a female 28i have a red line that runs from the inside tip of my nostril to as far back as i can see is this normal i never broke my nose but as a child 7yrs was in a car wreck where my face slammed at high speed into the back of passenger seat i always tjought i broke my nose but sadly the person driving was drinking so cops or ambulance where never called so no dr to check it help

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of nose injury in childhood and now a red line in the nose.
Unless proved otherwise this may be an enlarged blood vessel. I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical examination in the form of Endoscopy to see the exact cause and get it treated
Do not rub over as it may bleed too much. A proper coagulation may help.
