Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rash on the face may be due to viral Fever or scarlet fever or measles or mums etc. Drink plenty of liquids, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Water vapor inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxiclav accordingly to the body weight. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
