What Causes A Rash On The Chest After Taking Singulair?

I just started taking Montelukast 10mg ( Singulair ) I also take Ciallis 10mg for BPH, I have had a rash on the top of my chest near my neck and face cheeks for a week now. Could the Singulair be causing this. Or the combination of both medicines? I also take Tylenol daily

Hi,

The rash is a common side effect of Singulair. This may be found in up to 2 to 5 per cent of patients.

So this is probably caused by Singulair if the rash has come after starting its use. You should consult your doctor as you may need to stop Singulair.

Tylenol and Cialis rarely cause a rash if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
