What Causes A Pinching Sensation In The Chest?

I have a random pinching feeling in my chest. I think it’s the top of my heart area. It pinches for a second then stops. I feel great otherwise with no other pains. I took a Zegerid about 3 hours ago and still have the pinching. Is this something I should ignore? Or rush to the er? Or make appointment with a doctor?
