What Causes A Painless Red Bump On The Penis Shaft?
Hey Doc, About a week and a half ago i noticed a single red bump on my penile shaft. It is painless, red, and was pus filled. It s pretty small and doesn t bother me. I put ichthammol on it which is just a drawing solvent that i thought might help.

It could be a small abscess. Consult a general surgeon and get it drained.
You can also apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin also. A short course of antibiotics can also be tried.
