Hi Dear,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding your concern.
The painless moving lump as you describe in your query is lipoma .Lipoma is over growth of fat cells in fibrous tissue under the skin .Exact cause of lopoma is not known but sometimes minor injury can act as a trigger factor.

It is diagnosed by its appearance. Usually lipomas do not required any treatment as it is non cancerous .But as it is bothering you aesthetically ,you can get it removed by surgeon .Small incision under local anesthesia can serve the purpose .

Hope your concern has been resolved,

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
