What Causes A Painful Rash Between The Left Testicle And Inner Thigh?

I went to work today and I had no rash. At work I walk a lot. As the day went on. I started to experience pain as I walked more and more between my left testical and my inner thigh. It was super painful. When I got home I took my pants off, and there is a raw rash between my left testical and my inner thigh. What should I do? Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to heat rash due to the fact that you had walked a lot.

I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.

I also suggest to use an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen 500 mg three times a day to relieve the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
