Help i have a terribly painful gland under my jaw on the right side. 6 weeks of extreme pain. I also have terrible rash on areas of my body. Im at my wits end. I also been having issues with wieght gain, fatigue, sudden increase in heart rate similar to blood sugar issue.
Painful swollen lymph node under the tongue can be due to infection in lymph nodes leading to lymphadenopathy..
Your symptoms of weight gain, fatigue etc can be related to thyroid disorder and you should get a thyroid profile done..
You should also get allergic tests done to rule out the cause of rashes.. A course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen can be advised to reduce the swelling of the salivary glands..
Other conditions can be treated once the exact cause can be ruled out..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
