What Causes A Painful Lump Under The Right Nipple Of A Child?
Hello Dr. My 6 year old little girl suddenly mentioned that her left breast hurt, I checked her and the left side is slightly swollen and I able to palpate a little lump right under the nipple. The right side is completely clear. she s in Tae Kwon Do and initially thought it might have been a chest impact, however she wears a think chest shield. What might this be?

I think the lump you refer has a traumatic origin. Knowing that she is in taekwondo enforces this fact. I don't think it may have any other causes.
