What Causes A Painful Lump On The Throat?
I have been feeling like this for awhile just haven t seeked medical attention because haven t had insurance and hasn t been so serve for ER. Everytime I eat or even drink something seems like a lump in my throat. Also ive been having a mild pain/burning feeling in my upper stomach. I made a appointment for next week but just started to get worried. it makes me so nauseous sometimes I make myself throw up just for relief

A lump like feeling in the throat can happen in Gastritis/reflux.
So, I advise to see gastroenterologist once, and get an Endoscopy done.
This can explain both the causes for lump in the throat feeling and burning in the upper stomach.
