What Causes A Painful Lump On The Side Of The Foot?
I have a bump on the top of my foot on the right mid lateral side between my ankle and toes. It has now become very painful . What could it be?
My age is 49, I weigh 155 I workout a lot. I am otherwise very healthy . I only take vitamins, no meds.
