What Causes A Painful Lump On The Inner Thigh?

Lump/bump on my inner left thigh. Up near the panty line about 2cm big round and hard like a marble movement a little bit. Painful when doing certain things ie sex. And certain underpants rub it. Have not notice any discharge from it but i do belive that it have got a bit bigger.
