What Causes A Painful Lump On The Buttocks?

I have lump underneath the skin on my right buttocks. Hurts pretty bad when in contact with anything. What should I do? Squeezed it at one point and released minimal pus. Only blood comes now. Since I ve stopped bothering it. Occasionally applying warm compress for pain relief

Hi,

Such swelling on buttocks can follow excessive sweating of the part causing infection of skin. This needs cleaning of the part, avoiding sweating, anti inflammatory drugs over the counter, antibiotic dusting powder, and some times antibiotics with family do tors advise. But when it is associated with chronic constipation. It needs consultation of a surgeon to exude Ischeorectalabscess a surgical challenge.
