What Causes A Painful Lump On The Butt Cheek?

Hi I had a bad fall when getting out of the bath and fell with one leg either side of the bath. I was badly bruised. The bruising is healing but I have noticed a hard lump forming under the skin on my bum cheek and inner thigh. It is painful when touched. What could this be and should I see my go?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some infection or abscess formation. After injury it is common. You should take a course of antibiotics. If it is larger then you should go for incision and drainage accordingly. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
