What Causes A Painful Cyst In The Groin Area?

Hi! I seemed to have a pimple/cyst in my groin area, and it has been very painful for the last 3 weeks. This morning I gave it a little squeeze and it started leaking clear fluid but it still feels like there is a hard lump underneath the skin. It is a gaping hole and I have cleaned it with water and put a bandaid over it. I am really unsure of what to do.

hi...it may boil...which is got inflammed.. that causes you intense pain and hard oedema which is like lump..
apply antibiotic ointment and take pain killer drugs..
dont put bandeid over it..it will resolve in a week..if not then you must take doctors openion for either go for medicines or surgical drainage..
