What Causes A Painful Bruise On The Right Side Of The Throat?
an area on the right hand side of my adam s apple has felt sensitive and a little painful when touched, like a slight bruise for the past few days. could this be a symptom of stress or something? i did have a panic attack that day. i have been smoking weed for about 6 years, more often now that i ve gotten a source of income, so i have kinda been panicking that its some kind of cancer thing.

As you have mentioned you are smoking weed and get panic attacks. These panic attacks can be due to weed consumption. I suggest you to stop weed if possible go to the de-addiction center and start on treatment. For your swelling in the throat, it may be a lymph node. Get it checked by ENT specialist doctor.
