What Causes A Painful And Swollen Lump On The Mons Pubis?

Good evening. I have a very sensitive painful to touch lump on mon pubis right side. While looking it is visibly swollen on right side. It does not hurt much but it is extremely sensitive to touch and every so often I feel a spasm in that area when it s not touched. Can you give some advice

This is possible lipoma or swollen lymph node and these are benign conditions which can be surgical treated if necessary.
