What Causes A Painful Abrasion On The Penis During Intercourse?
My husband has been experiencing pain during intercourse and ended up with an abrasion on his penis. Is this normal? I have had a loss of vaginal lubrication and am currently on hormone replacement therapy. We are both 52 years old and my guess is these two conditions are related.

hi...abrasion is because of friction occur during intercourse between vaginal and penil surface..
as you say los of lubrication is there..so it will add up to friction ...
so its normal..you must use lubricative oil or cream during intercourse..it will help you..
