I am 20 years old. I am a very healthy eater, my height is 5'7" my weight is around 135lbs.

I have recently been told that I have a cyst on my ovaries. It's not a serious one and is being treated with birth control. I have noticed for the past couple months (even before starting birth control) that there is a metallic smelling discharge coming from my vagina, especially during my period.

I'm also slightly low in iron as I am vegetarian so I don't think that has anything to do with it.

Please help.
