As per your complain a lump at the butt hole along with bleeding on wiping seems to be most probably due to Hemorrhoids that is an inflamed and swollen vein and can occur commonly due to chronic constipation or diarrhea while other causes can be obesity, vaginal chilbirth etc.. As far as your other problem is concerned that is vomiting or diarrhea after eating anything can be due to causes viral gastroenteritis, bacterial infection, parasitic infestation, side effects of medication, food intolerance etc.. Diarrhea can however exaggerate your bleeding from hemorrhoids and worsen the condition.. I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be done along with investigations like Colonoscopy, stool culture, anoscopy etc to confirm the cause and treated accordingly.. You can be advised to take antibiotics, anti parasitic medicines like Albendazole,fluid replacement therapy to replenish water and electrolyte loss and take a soft diet..
