What Causes A Lump On The Shin Post Football Injury?
Hi I was playing a football game this evening and I got a kick into my shin. My shin had a small scar and bled slightly straight after but now, 4 hours later, I have a lump on my shin, just under the size of a golf ball. Any idea what it could be and should I be worried?

The lump on your shin is just soft tissues inflammation and bleeding. There is no reason to panic. I would recommend putting ice on it to help reduce the swelling.
