Hello My Husband Has A Ball On The Right Side Of Neck It Satrted Off Small An Its Growing I Had Him Get Admitted An He Is Diabetic An The Doctor Said It Was Stored Fat That It Will Go AwY On Its Own I Lokked Up Symptoms An Diabetics Say Nothing About Stored Fat His Symptoms Are Related To Lymphoma Me An My Are Confused Now

Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lump on the right side of the neck . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like Contact dermatitis , allergic reaction due to detergent, soap , metal such as in jewelry, poison oak or ivy, an animal bite, or an insect sting and lyme disease . The symptoms can also occur due to severe dental infection or salivary gland infection . The symptoms can also occur due to lymphnode infectionor it could be lipoma. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe anti histamine , antibioticst and may give adrenaline short . For now take benadryl twice a day and avoid any cosmetic product . Do not touch it again and observe if it increases in size , shifting or not .Apply warm compresses .Doctor may also refer you to dentist for dental cause .
