I have what looks like boil on my chest area between my breast where my bra rubs it is quite red and some what painful it has no white head I have no fever but it is warm to the touch what should I do I also live in Florida and with my job I do sweat somewhat

It seems that due to rubbing of bra might produced some irritation produced some infection.
Wait for few days, if it increases in size or becomes painful, go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Stop for more friction due to bra.
