Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have a small lump on the bottom of my foot not quite on the ball of the foot but where the ball and arch meet. It s very tender to the touch, although it doesn t hurt when I walk but it does bother me when I am on an eliptical machine with that movement.
The symptoms can be related to a callus or a foot blister. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg daily. I also suggest using a cream to treat the calluses. I also suggest using cotton and breathable socks.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
