What Causes A Lump On Shoulder And Bumps On Groin And Neck?

I tested negative a year after a possible exposure to a std or aids i had sex with a girl in july 2013 and got tested the following yr in may n august with the results being negative but now i got a lump on my shoulder i feel small pea like bumps on both sides of my groin and neck tension. Also just got a coof in the summer could i still have it or what could it be. Also i been with one person after the exposure and shes now pregnant with my baby shes over 4mth been test and it came back negative. But im always feeling sick or something wrong. In total its been a year and ten mths since the incident but i got tested 10mths ago please help
