What Causes A Lump In The Upper Left Arm?
A 16 year old presents with a lump in the upper left arm. It feels deep to the hypodermis but feels superficial to the humorous. The area around it feels numb. It dies not feel soft and malleable, but it feels hard. It is not moveable and when it is touched, but turns bright red and bruises very slightly. It was noticed about 10 weeks ago. The teen also experiences severe fatigue. What can this be and what should happen next?
