What Causes A Lump In The Anus With Mild Pain?

By profession I am a crane operator and I have to sit there in cabin for a 4hr or 5hr.For the last few weaks,while I a working in night shift, I have a difficulty by a feel to poop within a 3-4hrs. And 4days before there is a projected part on the anus opening. Now there is a minor pain also. Is it a symptom of piles..?

I understand your concern.
The lump what you have noticed in the anus along with experiencing mild pain could be due to internal hemorrhoids or piles.
You need to consult Surgeon in this regard, who will do local clinical examination and per rectal examination to confirm what would be the cause.
If it is small and can be managed conservatively, you can take certain medications to overcome pain and avoid constipation.
If the hemorrhoids are big enough, then you need to undergo cryosurgery for its permanent cure.
