What Causes A Lump Below The Rib Cage Along With Middle Back Pain?
Hi, I can feel a lump under my front rib cage left side. Also severe back pain middle back. Feels heavy when I lay on left side. I am just recovering from sciatica. Now have severe pain in upper back with burning sensation. I am worried if this is all linked and what it could be.

As per your history, it looks either the splenomegaly or even it can be the kidney related issue if it is more towards the lateral side of the flank or anything else.
You need to get an ultrasound done by a radiologist to rule out any serious cause because the lump in this region can be benign or malignant tumor too.
