What Causes A Lump Above Eyebrows?

I have a lump above my eyebrows, in the corner, when I smile. I am sorry if this isn t a typical medicar question, but I haven t seen it on someone else and I am sure it s not a disease, far from it. Just wanted to make sure it was all normal. I feel ashamed to even explain why I am asking this, but I need to make sure. Is a bulge, a lump (not sure those two are the same, english is not my first language, i just heard those terms) normal to appear when you smile? Does everyone have that (because I didn t really notice it on anyone else)?
