What Causes A Large Lump Between The Vagina And Anus?

i have noticed a large lump between the vagina and anus more to the left side, i am very worried as it has become very swollen/painfull and have noticed part of it has turning a blackish colour. I first found the lump 3 days ago, 6 days ago i had sex and used the morning after pill, please help!!!!!

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have hemorrhoid ( piles ). You should go for per rectal examination to confirm the diagnosis.
Drink plenty of water. Avoid constipation. Take high fiber diet. Surgical excision is the permenent treatment.
