What Causes A Itchy Bump On The Wrist?

I have recently had small red bumps on my wrist that have been slightly itchy. After not going away after two weeks and they started to spread (not very far) I applied hydrogen peroxide and they seemed to all form a white dot in the center of each bump. They also stung while I applied the peroxide. What do you think it is, and how can I get rid of it?

Hi I am Dr Fahim and I will help you with your query

I have gone through your question. It appears to be contact dermatitis, because of ornaments you wearing on hand like watches, jewelry etc
Hydrogen peroxide is used in dirty, contaminated wound, and not on skin with such type of condition. It further aggravates it, as it is a strong irritant to skin and tissues.
You need to avoid any type of wrist ornaments. any Betnovate ointment ( Steroid formulation), take antihistamines tablets and keep the area clean to avoid any secondary infection. You will be better in few days.

I hope it will help you. Do rate my answer if you like it.
