What Causes A High Blood Pressure?

Hi I m hvng polyps in my gallbladder my liver enzymes are hi ggt n alp all reports normal I m 35 year female wth three kids elder 17 years what are the reason and my bp gets often hi 150/100 itakecconcor 5 mg per day since a year had anxiety problem n I m anxious while checking bp it comes 140/90 and sometimes 159/100 when I m relax it s always 117/75

High blood pressure in your case is most likely related to associated stress and anxiety.The average normal blood pressure which you need to maintain is 110-130 /60-90 mm of Hg.Stress management is very vital to you to control your blood pressure.Elevated blood lipids forming gall stones can be corrected through drugs like statins.Anxiety can be controlled through drugs like Lorazepam and escitalopram.Regular physical activity can be helpful.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
