Hi,

No, hip pain can not cause neck pain and headache. You might have pulled trapezius muscle which is giving left sided neck pain and headache. So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.

1. Avoid sudden jerky movements of neck and head.
2. Apply ice packs on left neck.
3. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like Ibuprofen and Thiocolchicoside. You will mostly improve with all these in 2-3 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
