What Causes A Headache After A Head Injury?

Hi. 6 days ago, asleep at night, I had a dream that I was fighting someone / something. I recall rolling to avoid a blow by my opponent - what then happened was that I rolled out of bed onto the carpeted floor! I woke up immediately and remember feeling like my brain had moved inside my head to the the rapid deceleration upon landing. Since then, I have had a very mild headache mostly on the right-top side of my head. 1 or 2 81mg aspirin really help. I still can exercise at the YMCA or ride my bicycle ok, my vision and balance are fine. I m thinking that I have a minor concussion from the 27 inch fall off the bed to the soft carpet. Any recommendations?
