What Causes A Hard Painful Lump On The Vaginal Wall?
Inside my vagina on the right side it is hardening and becoming very painful it feels as though there is a hard mass that is getting bigger.... I ve just had my period and Im concerned and never had any problems before. But this is very hard and hurts to walk what could of be?

Most likely cause of such lump is infected cyst. You require a gynaecological examination for it. Treatment is simple with antibiotics and drainage.
