1.It seems like a bony lesion -
osteoid osteoma (immobile, no soreness, hard, no pain - suggest a bony lesion)
2.Atleast get an appointment with your GP and let the doctor examine the lesion.
3.If you are my patient, after examination i would have send you for a CT head for better evaluation, even
HRCT temporal bone for better bony, and ear anatomy.
4.As it need to evaluate, weather there is any extension in the brain.
