What Causes A Hard Bump Inside Lip?
Hi I had a little cyst removed from my inside lower lip and the dr used dissolving stitches. This was 9 days ago. now i have a hard lump there. He said its just the stitches and that they will dissolve but the lump isn t going away. Its not sore just annoying, is it going to be permanent scar tissue?

You were probably given stitches using an absorbable material. The bump that you are feeling is due to those stitches only as the body's defensive cells or the immune system components are getting aggregated over the spot to eat up the thread. It will not cause any scar.
