Hi there I developed a small freckle on the inside of my right palm - its not a full circle (it has this shape ^ ) I have freckles all over and some are odd shapes, but I've had those checked out and weren't a big deal. I'm concerned about this one because its new and located on the inside of my palm. Could it be cancerous? (even though I've never had a sunburn there, it hasn't changed shape, its a dark brown)
