What Causes A Feeling Of Itching Inside The Chest?

Okay this is difficult explain. i have gerd and had several abcess s in my teeth repeatedly for year. Anyways, they have recently been fixed. But shortly fterwards ive had a weird feeling in my left chest. Its a constant discomfort and it s like my chest itches on the inside. Theres always pain or trapped gas, but only in the top left chest. I guess im just worried my abcess s traveled and was wondering if this sounds like anything

I can understand your problem and situation.
GERD and teeth infections are common cause for aspiration and lung abscess.
It is due to micro aspiration and GERD can cause constant micro aspirations. This can lead to aspiration pneumonia or lung abscess.
So possibility of these are high in you case and your chest discomfort and itchy feeling can be due to these.
So get done chest x ray to rule out all these.
If chest x ray is normal than no need to worry much.
Start treatment for GERD. Don't worry much, you will be alright.
