What Causes A False Positive Drug Test Result?

So I had to take a drug test mouth swab for work and it turned part red 8nstead of blue but it did for many others I don t do any drugs so I was w9ndering what else it could mean I do use Listerine that has alcohol in it and it was about 3 hours after I used it could that be why?

It could be because you had taken the substance without knowing like in some health supplements or cough syrups. Do a urine assay which is more reliable and false positive rates are low when compared to oral swabs.
