What Causes A Fainting Spell While Stretching?
When I stand up real quick or stretch I black out and fell kinda dizzy. I was wondering if you could tell me what is causing this and if I should be worried about it? I m 23 I don t know if age has anything to do with it but it s happened since I was a teen.

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.I have carefully gone through your case history very carefully.it seems that when you stand-up or stretch you experience low blood pressure,due to that you feel dizzy.there is not much to worry about.and age has nothing to do with this problem.you just keep record your blood pressure in regular interval and keep your blood pressure within normal limit in daily life.thank you.
