What Causes A Dry Patch Below The Earlobe Which Spreads Around The Face?
I have a small patch of red dry and somewhat swollen skin just below my earlobe. It started out with just the right lobe then it started on the other one as well but more below that one and it was raised, and hard, itchy and scaley. Now it has gone clear around my hairline around my face. I will go to a Dr. when I can, but in the meantime what does it sound like? Thanks

It looks like that you might have either eczema or fungal infection of the skin which need local cream only but my suggestion is t visit the dermatologist or send the photo of the lesion to help you with diagnosis and treamtne of the same
