Hi I am experience some weird stuff with my tongue and throat. Yesterday I felt as if I couldn t swollow and something was stuck in my throat and my mouth is dry. My glands feel swollen as well. I woke up this morning with the same feeling in my throat and dry mouth. This evening I noticed small bumps on my tongue and the back of my throat. I dont feel sick and I dont have any congestion so im really confused on what is going on with me.
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query. As far as the dryness in the mouthand difficulty in swallowing is considered, It is bacause of the lack of salivary secretion secondary to stone in the salivary gland or ducts. Nothing to be panic, if the dryness is too much you can use artificial salivary substitute like carboxy methyl cellulose(wet mouth gel), this can be applied over the cheek region that stimulates and produces saliva. But you need to consult a oral physician and take a opinion to rule out any other problems like stones in the salivary glands. I hope my answer will help you, take care.
